My name is Tiffany and I participated in Pennys Resilience Career Coaching. I have to say that even though I may not have an actual diagnosis of C-PTSD that this program helped me immensely. Penny is incredibly thoughtful and intuitive. She helped me realize that my life does not have to revolve around everyone else that makes me uncomfortable and unhappy all the time. That I can take steps to make myself happier. To set boundaries even with the people I love to make sure I am being true to myself. This program has made huge impacts on my life and my happiness. When I started I was calling out of work at least once or twice a week due to anxiety and not feeling comfortable in my job to then cross training to be a supervisor. I am now so much more confident and comfortable in my job so I have the ability to move forward and hopefully move up so that I can be a good contributor to my house hold and family. She has helped me feel like I am a better mom by being who I am. She helped me build up the courage to reach out to someone that I never thought I would see again and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend going through this coaching to help you get to where you need to be. If you are struggling to find your way in work or even in your personal life itβs ok to struggle and this coaching program can help you build up who you are as an employee/parent/person. So I would just like to say a big Thank You to Penny for having me be apart of her journey to become what she loves being.

Working with Penny as a C-PTSD career resilience coach for ten weeks using her eight-dimensions of wellness program, rooted in the principles of ikigai, has helped me have a holistic and focused approach to my career and personal life. The first few words that come to mind when thinking about Penny are warm, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, knowledgeable, current, adaptable, focused, eloquent, and passionate. The 8-dimensions of wellness program that Penny has created is a resource and framework of thinking that is invaluable for anyone with complex trauma.Β
I started working with Penny at one of the lowest points of my life...

Many people diagnosed with, being treated for and survivors of cancer experience trauma during their experience - I know I did. This traumatic impact can manifest itself in your career in many different ways - Penny Marion has written an incredible program to guide people in their careers when trauma has occurred - not just from cancer/medical issues. I have been lucky enough to meet with her several times and can say that it has honestly been such a refreshing approach on my personal career growth journey. So much trauma recovery is based on personal recovery (still needed) but there is little guidance out there on how to minimise trauma's impact on your career. It is practical, insightful and I think a much needed addition to career guidance literature and practice! Thank you Penny for creating the program!
