I recently came to the realization that while I can yell, I’m unable to release those primal screams that serve as a cathartic emotional outlet. While I have no trouble expressing myself through words when I find the right ones, I struggle with vocalizing raw emotions, unable to produce the sounds that convey pure feeling.
